 Case sensitivity is required for email access forwarding. The permissions
 entry always stores as upper case. If the originator places their call
 sign in lower case the email will will not be returned as a match is not
 seen. This was fixed in previous alphas, it is broke again. Having the
 call sign hard coded would be the best way and eliminate any chance for
 error.
