 The tool tip syntax, when hovering over a callsign in the Stations list,
 appears to be Day, Month, Date, Time (HH:MM:SS) followed by Year.  I
 presume the Year field is meant to be closer to the Date field as it looks
 a bit odd in the current format.  Not a show stopper, just cosmetic.
