[drats_users] Ratflector Problem?

Hi There,

Anyone know if there's a problem with the RatFlector? Since I upgraded  
to 0.3.0b5 I keep getting

  "Failed to connect (Unable to connect ((10060,'Operation timed out')))

but I can ping ref.d-rats.com fine.

I don't know if it's a Ratflector problem or a 3.0b5 one to report.
