No way!  D-RATS will *never* get to 1.0! :)

I plan to post 0.2.10 sometime soon and then fork off an 0.3.x branch
for this new work.

Speaking of that, does anyone have any specific issues with the current
beta of 0.2.10?  Have people tested it?
