 d-rats_repeater seems NOT to work at all in 0.3.1b6

 I'm running d-rats_repeater connected to radio on a pc via /dev/ttyS0.
 I'm linking two PCs each one running d-rats (one on Win and one on
 Ubuntu).
 D-RATs seems to be connected to the repeater but they don't exchange chat
 or other messages each other.

 All software is at latest 0.3.1b6.
