Comment:

 Fixed in changeset:1660

 Since this is a less common need, I've cheaped out on adding a GUI
 configuration element for this.  So, you'll need to edit the d-rats.config
 file and put your proxy information in the http_proxy field under
 [settings].

 It should look something like this:

   [settings]
   http_proxy = http://www.someproxy.com:3128
