Hi all,

I just posted 0.3.1b7 with the following changes:

 - Make repeater close stale connections to avoid running out of file
   descriptors and dying
 - Updated .it translation from Leo
 - Fix a bug in the repeater that causes stalled connections to queue
   data forever and run out of memory
 - Added hidden proxy settings in the configuration file for ticket:136
 - Fix files tab allowing you to connect or upload when nothing is in
   the destination callsign box
 - Avoid crashing if the default GPS/DPRS comment is broken

I'd like to call this good for 0.3.1 official.  Please let me know if
you think that's good or if there is anything outstanding that regresses
from 0.3.0.  There has been a lot of change and many fixes since 0.3.0
and we need to get an update out there.
