You're asking how to make forms that you create have a snazzy printable
version like the stock forms, right?

In order to do that, you need a presentation description to tell D-RATS
how it's really supposed to look on paper.  The default forms have
stylesheets in XSL that perform this task.  Anyone familiar with XSL
should be able to look at the stock templates and make a working
stylesheet for your form.

I've decided to try to draw the line on what I give away for free
between D-RATS and writing custom stylesheets, if you get my drift :)

By the way, if you've got a form that might be useful to others, I'd
encourage you to post it so other people can use it.
