 OK, I have played around with it a bit and find that I can change and save
 any of the items in File-Preferences EXCEPT adding a radio. I tried adding
 a reflector to avoid using COM1 but the result was the same. Anytime I add
 a radio and try to save it the window freezes and stays frozen.
